Sebastian is a miniature Pinscher, 3 year old male, neutered. He is handicapped with deafness, he is unable to hear. However, this does not hinder him in the least. He is very cute and delights in cuddling with someone close to him. he is very intelligent, enjoys going for walks and does like to snuggle with a person also enjoys snuggling in a warm blanket. He is very social with people and maybe would like children or older couple. would be good with people all day. he is very active and excited when around people. he is very vocal since he is deaf.
